Essence Music Festival 2010
Here’s a short video, from my time in New Orleans at Essence Music FestivalOverall it was great to hang out with all of my best friends, which was actually our 1st real girls trip, which included Ghia, Janell, Tinesia, and Myself .
I also went to support my other BFF Mr. Lamman Rucker, who also did an incredible job speaking on relationships during the “black men uncensored” section, which was rather intellectually stimulating. He also was so sweet and got my girls and I floor seats to all of the concerts…
All in all, it seemed to be very organized, there were alot of performances, as well as seminars… Steve Harvey, definitely had be crackin up during his segment, and lots of others. It was amazing to see all of the different african American businesses, and how creative we are, if we just put our mind to it…
My highlight of course being an entertainer myself was Janet Jackson… OMG… there are no words to describe how much she inspired me…. Ms Jackson if you’re nasty!
